Privacy Policy

HairGauge supports privacy rights including access, correction, deletion or erasure, data portability, restriction, and objection where applicable.

HairGauge HQ controls HQ user accounts, website administration, clinic registry contacts, connected installation summaries, support records, and certificate registry summaries held centrally. Each clinic installation controls its own local client, consultation, recovery, booking, shop, upload, and local certificate records.

To submit a request, use Data Rights Request for HQ-held website or registry data. Logged-in users can use Privacy & Data Rights inside their portal.

Some records may be retained where required for legal, security, certificate verification, billing, audit, or clinical compliance purposes. Where full deletion is not possible, personal identifiers will be anonymised where appropriate.

Certificate registry records may retain minimal verification information to preserve certificate integrity. Public verification for privacy-redacted records should show only a safe validity status.

We aim to respond within standard compliance timelines and will verify identity before providing exports or processing deletion/anonymisation requests.
